Pennydo

Terms of use

Last updated: 7 October 2026

By using Pennydo you agree to these terms. The app is provided by the Pennydo team (“we”).

1. The service

Pennydo helps you organise your tasks, appointments, budget and expenses. It is an organising tool, not financial, accounting or legal advice. You are responsible for your decisions and for what you enter, such as amounts, taxes and due dates.

2. Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what happens in your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

3. Plans and subscriptions

4. Your data

What you enter is yours. We handle it as described in the privacy policy. When you share a space, you are responsible for whom you invite and what they may do.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the app for anything unlawful, try to reach other people's data, disrupt or abuse the service, or issue misleading invoices. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but cloud features (sync, sharing, scanner reading) may sometimes stop for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. What is on your phone stays available either way. We recommend turning on backup.

7. Limits of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from using or being unable to use the app. In any case our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8. Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from within the app. Subscriptions are cancelled in the store.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
